Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, simply navigate to the course page and click the "Buy Now" button. You'll be directed to the Stripe checkout page and immediately gain access to the course materials when your payment is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept PayPal or other payment methods.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with a course?

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

How can I get my certificate of completion for a course?

As the very last step of the course, you will be prompted to download your certificate of completion. You will always be able to access your transcripts and certificate from your profile page under the "My Courses" section.

Do you offer CMEs?

The HAP Center for Learning currently does not offer CMEs.

How long do I have access to a course that I have purchased?

You will have unlimited access to the course, as long as that course has not been archived, once purchased. This course will be available and easily accessed through the "My Courses" button in your profile.

I completed a module, but I cannot access the next module. What should I do?

First, check that you have fully completed the module. For example, if it is a video, you must watch the video to the very end in order to verify completion. If the issue persists, contact info@thehapfoundation.org for assistance.

How often are courses archived?

Most courses are never archived. Rather, they are placed in different categories (i.e., previous symposium content). The only reason a course would be archived is if new research renders the content antiquated.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

It is easy to reset your password at the HAP Center for Learning. Go to the login screen, enter your email address, and select the forgot password button. This will take you to a screen to verify your email. You will subsequently receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. Please contact info@thehapfoundation.org if you experience continued difficulty accessing your account after completing this process.
